- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆After many years, Im giving up on MainSource. I can honestly say that this is the worst branch of the absolutely worst bank I've experienced in my life....sad, because it wasn't always that way. I'm a strong believer in buying local ~ but they've really changed. You can see it in the empty lobby and lack of growth. There is zero recourse for customer concerns, and fewer when you've experienced unauthorized transactions. Given thier absolute focus on maximizing fees and lack of service skills, I'd prefer an actually consumer oriented bank elsewhere.....By Alison Rodgers, February 19, 2018
